How can I order anything and pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?

To find your desired, use our store website, www.houseoffashion.pk

  • You can enter the quantity and size of the products you want to purchase on the product page and then click “Add to Cart.”
  • When you click the “Add to Cart” button, you will be directed to the shopping cart screen, where you can view a list of the items you’ve chosen, together with their prices, quantities, subtotals, and totals.
  • Simply select “Proceed to check out.”
  • The “Contact Information” field “Select “Continue to Shipping Method” to continue.
  • Specify the “Shipping Method” and “Billing Information” fields “forms.
  • “Cash on Delivery” will be preselected in the Payment Information form by default.
  • Click “Complete Order” to confirm your order. Jot down your Order Number, which you may find on the “Thank You” page.
  • Before or on the scheduled delivery date, a courier will deliver your goods.
  • On our website, you may also register for an account. You can view your order history with this.

How much time does it usually take for my order to be delivered?

The orders are delivered within 12-15 working days.

How can I be certain that my purchase has been made?

After placing your order, you will get a confirmation email. Contact our customer support department if you do not receive an email.

What method of payment am I able to use to make my purchase?

The following payment options are available:

  • Cash On Delivery (COD)
  • Direct Bank Transfer
How many times will the delivery person try to deliver my purchase if I'm not there to accept it?

Two tries are made by our delivery personnel to deliver a package. Please make sure to provide the street address, country, and contact number in full when placing an order. The item will be sent back to us after the second failed attempt until the customer gives us additional instructions.

What if the item I desire isn't available?

If a product runs out, it will either be listed as “Out of Stock” or it won’t be visible on the website. Only after the product displays as “In-Stock” on the website can an order be placed.

What should I do if I get a defective product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a garment with a flaw, get in touch with our customer service division. House of Fashion exclusively sells products in flawless condition.

Can I alter, add, or remove things from an already-placed order?

The content of finished orders cannot be changed once the order is confirmed with our representative.
